IS THER A ATTORNEY OR SME ONE TO HANDLE THIS TYPE OF CASES. I AM ONE OF THE TIME SHARE OWNER AT WEST GATE THAT THEY PROMISE ONE THINK AND THE RESULT IS TOTAL DIFFERENT. WHERE CAN I GET SOME INFO

There are attorneys out there. But what are you hoping to accomplish by hiring one? From what I gather from your post, you are claiming that what the sales person told you and sold you on is different from what you are actually getting, correct?

If that is the case, then I don't think an attorney can help you because legally you signed a contract based on what is written in the contract and not on what the sales person told you. It probably says that in the sales contract.

Yes, I know it's kind of a bummer when the sales people tell you you're buying one thing and then give you a contract with different terms to sign and you sign thinking that you're buying what the sales person told you. However, the written contract is what will prevail if you take this to court.
