I suggest that you simply offer to give your timeshare away via ads. Redweek has a Bargain Basement where you can place an ad. You can also place a free ad on Craig's List but be prepared to be swamped with spam emails.

There you go again calling people these names you have made up. If anyone claims to have been helped by any company you always revert to the third grade and call them a name. What term is best suited for someone like you? Would you be a SHILL for the timeshare industry? It sure seems like it. THINK FOR YOURSELVES PEOPLE! THE ADVICE THESE PEOPLE GIVE ALWAYS BENEFITS THE TIMESHARE COMPANIES NOT YOU! DOES ANYONE ELSE SEE THIS? YOU CAN GET OUT! DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIND A COMPANY YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH AND GET RID OF THE BURDEN! IT WORKS I DID IT! I PAID A LITTLE OVER 2800.00 AND IT IS OVER! THAT WAS LESS THAN ONE YEARS COST OF SOMETHING THAT NEVER WORKED ANYWAY!

I don't have time to play childish games with you BUT I'd be worried until the next maintenance fees are billed and they are sent to YOU.

I don't understand all of the preceding dialog. anyway, a year ago, I paid Sean Austin, Timeshare advocacy int. $1,995 I thought to cancel a time share, the french quarter. Since I am over age 75, I did not take the time to read all of the contract . when I became a little suspicious of how the staff was sending out cancellation letters, I read the signed contract and TAI drew up a contract to cancel something called "Forever Grand Vacations, a Vacation Club firm, located in Branson, When I advised that I wanted to cancel the contract, Sean Austin confirmed in his e-mail in March, 2011 that I had to wait 120 days and could not get out of this contract and conirmed that the contract was written for a firm called Forever Grand vacations, Sean Austin still refused to refund the $1,995 even though the TALI "screwed up" and typed up a contract for a business firm that I do not even have an interest in. Of course The Tenn attorney gen. office will go along with what ever sean austin says in his letters. Tn. attorney general cannot even admit that one of thier Tn firms screwed up.; So Sean Austin still has the $1,995, however, I am not done yet with this mess. r

Is there anywhere I can go that can verify this is a scam. Or do have you learned of a company that can actually help get you out of your timeshare. Please help meIf they demand a large upfront fee then it's a scam. The only legal way to get out of timeshare ownership is to sell it or give it away.
jayjay THAT IS A FLAT OUT LIE! TELL THESE PEOPLE THE TRUTH! IT HAS BECOME SO OBVIOUS YOU ARE A "SHILL" FOR THE TIMESHARE COMPANIES!

Robert I have read all of your rambling posts, you blame everyone from the owner of the company to the Attorney General. If the information you provided to this company was proofread as poorly as your posts I can see why there was confusion. What about this......."Since I was over 75 I did not read all of the contract" Are senior citizens exempt from reading? Sounds like if you had taken 5 minutes to read it.....I did....you would have noticed the so-called error. This all sounds like your fault.

They way you have written your message looks strangely like a scam comment. They are typically poorly written with run-on sentences, lack proper punctuation, case, & are otherwise not the product of an educated person. BEWARE READERS.

your are correct, it was my fault, however, timeshare advocacy int. typed up a contract for a vacaiton club, and I signed it. oK, I do not have a vacation club, so how does timeshare advocacy get paid for a contract thait is not valid, Sean Austin can find a way to BLAME everyonw esle for the erros his office staff make, If I ran a company and the office staff types up an incorrect contact, do you think I would get paid, NO, NO. however, sean a. for some reason that he should get paid. don't worry, this screw up by TAI< will not go away. ,

JJ IT HAS BEEN WELL OVER A YEAR. IT IS OVER. I SPOKE TO THE TIMESHARE COMPANY, I NO LONGER AN "OWNER". FACE IT, YOU EITHER DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT OR YOU ARE LYING. WHICH IS IT?
James B.
You are correct, it was my error that I did not read the complete contract, However, with all of the advertising that Sean Austin CEO of TAI, one would think that his firm would have capable staff that could read english and could also know the difference between a VACATION CLUB and A TIMESHARE UNIT.

So, you signed a legally binding contract for membership into some sort of vacation club that you now say is NOT VALID .... how is that if you signed it?

roberts1192 wrote:You are correct, it was my error that I did not read the complete contract .....
Therein lies the problem .... not only did you sign a legally binding contract, you didn't even take the time to read it ... DUH!
As someone else stated you seem to blame everybody but yourself.

roberts1192 wrote:the problem is that I signed a TAI contract to cancel membership in a Vacation club in Branson. I do not own membership in a Vacation Club any location., So, it is difficult to cancel membership when I have never been a member of one.
All I know is what you stated in a previous post:
"your are correct, it was my fault, however, timeshare advocacy int. typed up a contract for a vacaiton club, and I signed it".
