I am still on the case and I have provided more than enough information, and if anybody would like to see for themselves, they can log into the Federal Judiciary Council's website, where anybody can follow up on the case as it develops in court. I do not know Mr. Copela and most definitely not being paid by him.

I am a victim of Belaire scam. Rodrigo Perez our lawyer is still on the case for Class Action. He sent all involved a message to the charges that he was on the pay roll and the Class Action was stalled. All this is propaganada put out by the Belaire people and still scamming. Hi Gerry, Maybe you could tell me if I am considered part of your class action suit. Or find out for me. I originally got rodrigos email and sent a ton of different paperwork to him regarding my contract with bellaire, per his requirements. I have not heard anything back. I have emailed him a number of times without response. I basically gave up. This whole thing is pretty frustrating, but I thought I would ask seeing you are still pounding rodrigos drum. Thanks

Something to remember. Copela is ruthless, and not beneath doing anything so remember he and his slimy group have access to this site.

Law suite, criminal case, Does anyone really know for sure what is the status of all of this mess!! 33 pages he said she said I would like to sign on to on of these law suits or even both but I can say this for sure I am not sending anymore money to anyone. I contacted both of the Lawyers and have not heard any thing for either of them.

No one will ever see a dime.

As to what I´m aware of our group (Connell & Associates) only needs around 10 more people to get the law suite started, they will not give any one any information unless they send a copy of there contract and a proof of a payment to the timeshare, just to make sure it´s not Copelas team asking for information.

In case there is still confusion, as of this date (actually earlier but we'll use today) Rodrigo is no longer with the law firm. However, the class action is still in progress with the law firm he represented in Guadalajara. As for the criminal charges, the slime bag Copela has been charged with the fraud, paid the bail and is out, but back scamming at Hotel Cinco @ Hotel "Sinkhole" Punta Mita, Nayarit. It's a different state than Jalisco where he is charged so he may or may not be breaking his bail conditions but regardless he is still ripping people off. Do you feel good about that? I don't.

I called McConnell last month, spoke to someone and gave my EMail address and never received a message. Is this for real?

Janet, did you give the papers to Rodrigo or someone else there? Haven't been by the Paradise office in a while but a reliable source has told me he's gone.

I also own a timeshare in Hotel U (Signature......) and have been requesting the "buy back" since 2011 (purchased 2009). I am in financial crisis and can't just say "Oh, well"! The message received today was that I had to appear in person to get the Buyback. WHAT....?????? If I had any money.........this is just bull-bogus!
