belaire golf resort and spa

I just found this website and string. We are also victims of Belaire. We are confused about the two class actions. Are the parties named different? After years of receiving bogus offers of help, we are somewhat skeptical that this is the real thing. If it is, we will gladly join one. Or both actions. What day was the notice of the arrests published. I could not find mention of it going back to early October in the publication referred to.

Our party that initiated the Class Action which started a couple of years is composed of real people who were victimized by those Belaire Golf & Spa Resort people led by Antonio Copella. Refer to my message on top of this page (my message to danielac18).

We do not know the group that danielac18 is forming or have formed. As I mentioned in my message at the top of this page, we started our motion by initiating a Petition which led into a Class Action. Our lawyer, Mr. Rodrigo Cruz Perez has an office in Nuevo Vallarta by the Paradise Village Mall. If you wish to inquire further as to how to join our Group as well as the status of the Class Action you may send Mr. Cruz Perez a message in his email.

In regards to your question about the arrest of those Belaire people, myself personally have no info about that happening and how true it is. Our main focus is the lawsuit (Class Action) submitted by our lawyer.

As far as i'm concerned, it was Connell & Associates people who made it possible for Copella and Tomasello to get arrested, I know there´s another class action going on with Rodrigo but how many years have you guys been in it and yet no answers, or what´s your status at this point?

I spoke to someone at McConnell two weeks ago, gave them my Email and have heard nothing from them. Doesn't sound encouraging.

I already interviewed with Mrs. Connell and he inform me that the class action brought by Rodrigo Cruz Perez, only benefit the people in the group.

A second class action does not affect and can accumulate which will also benefit more people.

We are at Paradise Village and I can´t seem to find Rogrico Perez the attorney that is handling our class action suit. I heard he was at Paradise Plaza. Could someone respond to me soon where he is exactly located. I would like to stop in and see him. thanks...

He goes through another attorney's office on the ground level.he doesnot have a physical office himself.you need to call him and make an appointment

I have been advised that Rodrigo is no longer with the firm but as to whether the office he was part of is still there, I can not tell you.

I'm in Puerto Vallarta, I went to Nuevo Vallarta, I've been trying to contact Rodrigo, and does not answer nor can I find him at the office I was told, it is rumored that he was being paid by Antonio Coppela only to mitigate a possible collective action but really did nothing with his clients. I'm a little confused, can someone please explain?

regarding danielac18's message, we're part of the class action suit with Rodrigo. Does someone have proof of what danielac18 says ... that Rodrigo was working for Coppela? Is the suit thus dead? paul and karen

I guess there´s no problem on been in 2 class actions and since as I said before, I´m in the class action with David Connell, wanted to see what Rodrigo had to say, but came up with that news. Does someone have more information?

Well, it sounds like everyone in that god for saken place works for copella. I hope Mexico is proud of those crooks. Me and everyone I know will never step foot in that place again. Puerto Vallarta used to be a nice place but if they are going to allow people to steal from the very people that go down there and support them, they can all rot in hell! I know I will never ever see any of my money again. Your law suits are all futile. I'm sure this Connell person also works for the crooks.

"Believe half of what you see, and none of what you hear." I've been told by a reliable friend that Rodrigo is gone, the company is still there but none of this conspiracy story. I have also been told that Copela is out of jail, having paid a fine which in Mexico is like bail. It also means the criminal process is still in the works and that Copela can not leave Mexico. Believe it or not, your choice. I don't think any country has the right to paint another with one paint brush. In fact, we should be careful doing so. Remember, the main people behind this fraud are American. And they have done the same thing in the US and got away with it. BTW This place is not God forsaken. Perhaps you need to get to know the real Mexican heart. We've all been stung, it hurts, we move on in whichever direction we want to go.

You are being very negative, can not be generalized all Mexicans with Copella, because as we all know he is American, and our Government couldn´t stop him when he was doing his frauds in the US.

I´ve been asking and it seems that in fact he is free, but he was in jail once, I don´t see a reasone why he can´t be caught again, and besides the investigation is still going on. This only proves that justice can be done, but we need more people pushing this forward.

I'm not lumping all Mexican people in the same light as copella. My daughter is married to a Mexican man. But the fact these people can get away with this and none of the guarantees are bonded or backed lies with the Mexican government. I'm so done with this place.

I am still on the case and I have provided more than enough information, and if anybody would like to see for themselves, they can log into the Federal Judiciary Council's website, where anybody can follow up on the case as it develops in court. I do not know Mr. Copela and most definitely not being paid by him.
