GMAC Timeshare Division

I honestly do not see how GMAC Timeshare Division is getting away with pirating the legit (General Motors Acceptance Corporation) name. I can't believe GMAC hasn't been notified of this pirating.

I have had a bad time with GMACTSD I signed a contract with them 2 years ago and recieved no rental, my points for a single year went missing, I believe that GMAC compremisses your personal information and you will recieve countless calls from other nonrepital companies, as well as they will go visit your time share on your dime. Everytime I called this company they said they either just finished showcasing my property or were about to showcase it again, and i would be getting offers. This is not true... they are using you and your points to take free vacations in your name, if you dont believe me as your time share about your points that you pay / paid for and their use dates and bounce that off your dates you used your time at the property. Welcome to the true Shark Tank! Jim

Yes they are thieves! 4 years ago I listed with them for $899.00 (2 timeshares) . I heard from them for several weeks then nothing. They had told me that they had a buyer for 1 of them, much, much lower than I had asked for. Then nothing again. Never have talked with them again after trying to get my money back. I thought it was a honest company because they were GMAC. They are scammers and will rip you off! Don't do it! carmenc101

Has Attorney General of Fl. done any good? I was told that they had run out of $

I did not hear from them for three months, so I called them, they gave some excuse about the economy and got hostile on the phone. It has been almost three years and I have heard nothing from them. So I filed a complaint with the Attorney general of the state of Florida- "Thimeshare fraud division"
