Can't even give them one star

I speak from experience.I was talking with my attorney recently about another matter and landor came up in our conversation and I explained to him the horrible experience it was turning into with us. He looked at me and said..."just abandon it, dont give them one more dime since the assessments arent in your original agreement with landor." I thought that was an interesting thought.

Hey Christine - did you see my last post? I'd love to get a copy of the questionnaire. One problem - I cannot locate my copy of the contract and since I had to obtain that one from the Club Land'or office they are not going to give me another! Anyway, let me know if that's an issue. I'd be curious what if anything is going on with it right now.. My email is charles_jones@pmagroup.com. Thanks.

They are suing me for the last years fees. The place is awful. I wouldn't send my pet there for vacation. I cannot sell or even give it away. they are milking me for extra fees all the time. Please help my family and lend advice as to what I should do. Karen Misuraca 443-851-2720

I'm in the same boat as everyone else. While speaking to an attorney he suggested we use the grounds that they are in breach of contract because they haven't built the new facility thereby causing us to have "lost of equity". The new place would provide equity based on more usage.

Christinelolsen@hotmail.com I was released from my contract Novemer 14, 2011, so it can be done!I agree.. first time i could not deposit my week into RCI... that is almost a breach of contract. I think they are on their way down...hopefully the economy continues to wane and they will have no choice but to fold and sell out to Atlantis.

I have sent notice to the court concerning them not having jurisdiction to rule in this case and asked for dismissal. I would be interested in a class action suit to get some of my money back after being a member for 20 plus years and going only 5 times because of the poor vacation facilities. Please contact me if this law suit comes about. MY E-MAIL is williscrenshaw400@msn.com and my name is Willis Crenshaw.

Christine, I just spoke to Monica in North Dakota. I would like to join your group. I have sent letters from my attorney indicating that I want out of my contract because of breach of service promised from them. However, before just relinquising the Time-Share I think a class action lawsuit should be waged to get some of the money back because now that the word is out they can't be sold. As a matter of fact, I call a Time-Share company that sales time share and they would not take Club Landor. Call me if you need to, I'm serious about the law suit. My number is 917-991-3276. I would have my attorney do this but I think it better done by an attorney in the area.

A class action lawsuit is very difficult to bring because of legal definitions. Also, I hate to say it but the attorneys make all the money and the defendant admits no wrong and promises not to do what they alledge they have not done. The plaintiffs get pennies on the dollar (or A FREE WEEK AT CLUB LAND'OR!). There is enough info here to ensure almost everyone a victory on their own (with the moral and physical support of others). Class action would be difficult (even if legal in VA) because there are so many different contract provisions and so many sales techniques.

Hello everybody. I am in need of everyones help. I am also under contract from landor/colonial crossings and got sucked into their time share scheme hoping to visit some awesome water park on a regular basis as I live in North Carolina only 6~ hours from the property. I cannot for the life of me find a way to get out from under this contract. I have a 1 year old son and another child due in December and I need to be released from this piece of crap excuse for money making scheme they have "legalized". Please if someone can help me, email me at greg AT ipmcomputers.com Thanks!
