I am attempting to gather more info. / evidence on this group. Please contact me ref. your check and your card being used. Thanks! For verification purposes..Greenville P.D. dispatch # is 864-467-5333, my office # is 864-467-5416. E-mail is fine also.

Nope I'm not another scam.....I knew someone would probably think it or say it. Can't say I blame you. If anyone else would like to contact me to discuss this group of shady folks go to greenvillepd.com. You can e-mail the department and I will receive your message. And no......it's not a scam website. I'm not sure yet if there is anything that can be done on the criminal side. It may turn out to be something that should be addressed in civil court (civil suit). Also, if any of you are in the Greenville area.....please stop by the police dept. and ask to see me. The law enforcement center is located at 4 McGee St. Greenville. Thanks

What state? There's a Greenville in most every state in the USA .... normally it's the Attorney General in the state the scammers are located that presses charges, but I commend you for taking complaints .... you might need to turn those complaints over to the AG of that state or investigate what procedures are available to you.
However, one should never ever give their credit card information to anybody.

This review looks like a fake from the company in my opinion. Give me proof that I'm wrong.I have heard of Divine Getaways. I too received a postcard. I went to see what it was all about. I was skeptical about the cruise. I did check them out with the BBB and there weren't any complaints. I own a timeshare and I loved my timeshare for a very long time, but now I feel tied to a maintenance fee that always goes up, never goes away, and hardly ever gets me the kind of vacation that I expect. I was pleasantly surprised at what Divine Getaways had to offer. I was still very skeptical so they put me on the website and I could see for myself that what they were saying was true. We decided to be a part of their program. To this day, I have NO regrets. I now always find better deals on cruises, hotels, and timeshare condos than what I could find before on Travelocity, Orbitz, and even using my timeshare. You decide if I got a good deal or not. Read the following: We are going to Italy. This used to be my dream vacation and now we are going for 8 days and 7 nights, includes our round trip air fare from New York to Venice, all transportation to and from the airport, 3 nights in Venice, 2 nights in Rome, and 2 nights in Florence, 15 meals, and all of our transportation to each city and all of our tours in each city. You add all of that up and guess what it would cost. I am paying $1499 per person. I read some of the comments below. It seems that they are full of opinions and speculation. It is a shame because this is really a good program. As for the cruise, they told me right away that the crusie can be hard to use if you aren't able to be flexible. They offered to give me additional weeks to make up for the value of the cruise. I gave my timeshare to my brother and I usse this exclusively for all of my travel. I recommend that everyone try it for yourself and decide on your own. I am thankful that I did.

I too received the postcard for a "Complimentary Cruise". I went to the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana, California. They did the whole presentation. There were two parts that bothered me. First, the salesman that I had tried to tell me about Marriott's program and he did not realize they had changed to points. So when I tried to explain to him that the services he was offering I already had he did not believe me. It took him a while to realize that he was not up to date. Secondly, he offered to take my Diamond Resorts Points off my hands if I bought their product. That's when I knew it was a scam for sure, because there was no way they were going to take my maintenance fees of my hands forever to sell me what they offered.
The cruises... I would say don't bother. With all the fees attached to go on them it's no longer a bargain.

I filed a BBB complaint against Divine Getaways and am still waiting the outcome.
After receiving the vouchers for airfare and a cruise from Celebrity Productions filled with typographical and spelling errors ("Carabbean", "Las Angeles",..) I knew that this was a scam. Further, Celebrity Productions has an F rating with the BBB. Any company doing business with Celebrity Productions and handing out such obviously poorly produced vouchers cannot be legitimate.
I would not recommend purchasing anything from Divine Getaways or sending any money to Celebrity Productions.

Received 6/3 from the BBB: "We have written to the firm referenced above on two previous occasions. Since we have not received a reply to our requests for a response, a final notice will be sent to the company today."
Not looking promising that they will address my complaint.-

I should receive my vouchers in the mail this week, we'll see what they say. If it's a scam.....let's set up the people who set us up !!!! Call them, get their next seminar date and all of us attend....go to the front of the room and tell everyone what a scam these people are and not to fall for their BS.
Does this sound like a plan ??
I'm ok with it....get the rotten tomatoes ready !!!

Hello Devine Getaway employee.....I'm gonna give them 3 more days to deliver my documents then if I get them, I'll check it out, I haven't bought anything, I smelt a rat at the seminar....the big guy was a big rat, he couldn't look us in the eye and Andrew the seminar speaker talked so fast that lots of people were baffled at what he said, he even put down the time share industry....heheheh If I get my travel documents from the free cruise I will take it and run....if not, they will definately deal with me an my fiance...we don't appreciate being screwed by anyone and they won't get away with it.
Can you tell me where the next seminar is located, close to the SF area????
Thanks for your help V & J

My husband and I just came back from Embassy Suites, Santa Ana (California) today June 4. We got there promptly at 2. Guy at front desk named Hector told us, "Room to the left wall. That's where they usually hold their meetings". Went to the room to find it was pitch-black. Back to front desk, same guy said, "Oh, maybe they are in the back meeting room across the courtyard." Walked to the back, checking each and every meeting room. No one. Came back to front desk. Same guy whipped out a printout, "Oh, they moved to room Laguna." Again, for the 3rd time, meeting room was empty. Back to front desk, luckily this time Hector the Worthless was with guests. A front desk girl knew right away when we asked about the Carnival presentation. "Oh, it has been canceled. The company called and canceled the whole week. They hadn't rescheduled so we don't know if they would be here next week." Of course we were very upset but after reading these posts, we are so thankful we only wasted 2 hours driving.
BTW, postcard does not indicate any info on sender except postpaid was from West Palm Beach Florida, Permit 3950.

My husband and I went to the seminar today and were really sceptical but purchased the membership for $2495.00, incl. the $299.00 activation fee and $149.00 per year anyways. We really wanted to believe this would work for us but, alas, I fear we too were scammed. What was really nagging me was that we could not go online and check out the deals for 7 days when our membership was activated, but the "cooling off" grace period of 3 days would have already passed. Another thing that really upset me was that in order to cancel, there would be an undisclosed $50.00 re-stocking fee and if we did not send their cheesy binder back to them, they would charge another $100.00. Thank goodness we paid with out Visa but now I understand why they would not accept my American Express! Really wished I would have done my homework before wasting 3 hours of my life that I will never get back though.
