These challenges always go unanswered proving that these shills' stories are just that --- stories.
Ken "calls himself Ken" simply because that is his first name, but you've done an equally good job of pointing out the m.o. (and complete lack of veracity) of shills futilely trying to impart credibility to companies which truly have NO credibility at all in the first place.

P.S. I will be an "infrequent" poster here in the future. It just gets old making the same points over and over again when people won't even bother to first use the search function to very easily find answers to the exact same questions, already asked and already answered over and over again many times already in the past...

I Started getting calls from this company in october, sceptical at first, I wasn't sure if I was ready to pay the fee they wanted. After considerable thought and reaserch (of wich nothing specifically negative could be found) I decided tom take a chance on them. I was told because I had a balance with the resort it would take 120 days. It took 97 days to get paid, and finally be rid of the same timeshare I have tried unsuccessfully to sell before by trusting less than capable companies.

I have read the stories urging consumers like me to be carefull and in fact have been burned before by less than reputable people. But despite my own good judgement I tried again and again to sell my timeshare (3 times in total) before I was successfull in selling it. They also paid a little more than I had expected to get for it. There are people to be carefull of, and there are legitimate professionals, like the people who called me every few weeks to update me on the progress. I was not forgotten after I had paid. And absolutely got evrything I was entitled to, including the fee I had to pay for this service.

Thank You Janet S.

Oh c'mon now, "Janet"...

We'll believe the above fairy tale AFTER you provide the book and page number, county and state of the recorded deed of this alleged magical sale. We both know that it doesn't even really exist.

Go ahead --- prove me wrong with some actual FACTS instead of just posting a vague, semi-literate claim of resounding success with a completely unknown upfront fee parasite company. I won't hold my breath while waiting for the requested facts. The facts are not forthcoming, simply because the facts don't exist.

I've said it before and I'll say it again --- I was born early in the morning, but it certainly wasn't just YESTERDAY morning.

What kind of balance are you referring to .... a loan balance or a past due maintenance fee balance?

Anyone in their right mind would never buy a timeshare that has a balance due to the resort and if it is a loan balance, then it would have been impossible to sell until the loan balance was paid off.

I smell a shill bigtime.

I was wondering if anyone had heard of this company existing in Arizona? I have a friend that's working for them and the boss seems legit to him, I haven't met anyone from the business, but I was and am worried about it. Any help or insight would be appreciated. My gut says scam.

Bottom line, if they ask for a large upfront fee then they're a scam, period.

These people are a total scam. I have information about this company out of "henderson, nv". they nearly ruined my life by sucking in someone as an employee. i would provide this info to someone who wants to persue a lawsuit. i know who posted the comments on here saying they "sold" properties, and i will be merciless in exposing the culprits.

I am about to do business with them and yours was the only positive message. Is there a way I can talk to you?

After reading all the negative testimonials concerning that company in this thread and you want to simply throw away your hard earned money, then go ahead and sign with them.

I got a call this morning from the same company and they offered to sell my time share for over $19K. I had to give them $1700.00 up front. When I told the guy that I was not going to give him any money up front and that I was thinking about leaving the time share to my kids, he went round and around about why I should let his company sell my time share. He then called me a cheap "A@@", and I hung up on him. I plan to let the better business know about this conversation. And they used to go by "Corperate Acquisitions" a few months ago. Thanks

Actually, you should report this scum to the attorney general in the state the scum is located ..... BBB is totally ineffective in catching scammers.

I found this on the web, corporation wiki..

Resort Acquisitions Worldwide has a location in Henderson, NV. Resort Acquisitions Worldwide has no known officers. The company's line of business includes Apartment Building Operators, Nsk.

Phone: (888) 498-2188 Category: Apartment Building Operators, Nsk Apartment building operators Source: Dun & Bradstreet last refreshed Thursday, March 10, 2011

also here a "question and answer" regarding this company, I found QUESTION I got a call from a company called Resort Acquisitions Worldwide who wanted to buy my tiemshare for about 10 times the amount I could reasonably expect to receive on the resale market, if I was able to sell it at all. They say that Fortune 500 companies purchase timeshares for tax write offs under the 1031 exchange tax rule. Does this sound legitimate or is just another timeshare resller scam?

ANSWER Hmmmmmm under section 1031 you would have to wind up with another property rather than cash. So, I'm not sure what they were proposing, but to "buy" your timeshare in a 1031 transaction doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Any boot (cash) you receive in the transaction would be taxable, so I can't see how they are proposing to structure the deal.

there is also a post about this company on tug...

I would proceed with caution.. I honestly don't know of anyone! getting that kind of money for timeshare on the secondary market..

I wanted to let everyone know that I, a total fool, fell for this scam and sent in two payments with promises that the sale was moving forward. They had all of the right answers about deeds and estoppel letters. Do not be fooled by their speech about your sale is with their closing department and you will be contacted by them to finalize the sale. If a man by the name of Rich Evans calls you, hang up on him. This company is a total fraud and scam. I have been "in processs" of selling my timeshare for the past 90 days with Resort Acquisitions Worldwide. Nothing has happened!!!! The phone numbers are now disconnected and emails are being ignored. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!
