To Paul Rogers Kennedy: If you have a legitimate service and are very successful, why don't you provide the service without requiring an up-front fee?

Your contract clearly states that the up-front fee for your service is nonrefundable. It also states that you cannot guarantee results and details a raft of responsibilities me, your client. Breach of any of these responsibilities would seem to provide you an out. Basically the contract says 'Pay me the non-refundable fee, and I will do some minimal amount of work for you. Since recovering funds is hard, I won't take any risk and I need to make sure I'll make my money even if I can't accomplish anything for you.'

In the state of FL along with any other state, Attorneys, are regulated By the bar, Meaning they are watched. Please tell me why just because you are in competition with Mr.. Kennedy that you need to bash the Guy? Most, if not all of you work for other Companies like Josegan Out Of Boynton Beach FL, You People try and take his clients by telling them, he is a scam, but John and Vera Egan are actually the people who own this company. Which wouldn't you know they are ex timeshare owners, trying to make a buck, off of someone else's success, So my advice to all of you out there that want to bash a guy who has no complaints with the bar in any state, is do your research with the State Bar, before reading all of these idiots post. He is an attorney in good standings with no complaints, And he actually does help people, He has recovered so far, for myself and my wife 16k that we were scammed by Creative Vacation sales.As for those that say " God Will Judge him, you are right he will, for doing all the good things he does, but he will also Judge you, for being an idiot an writing false statements, because you have no life, and try to bring the successful people down, Please think about what you say before you say it, KARMA, Comes back around! What is so Funny about these post is that everytime, someone writes something that is true, it is delted Immedietly.Again for anyone reading this, all you have to do is go to the Bar website to see this atty has nothing against him, and 0 complaints, that speaks for it self!!

Do not hire Paul Rogers Kennedy. I am in the process of filing a complaint against him for scamming me out of almost $5000. He should be disbarred. He is committing malpractice and violating numerous ethical rules. Save yourself the headache and save your money and don't hire this guy.

I think this post pretty much explains it all.

I hope you wrote a letter to the Bar association, I know someone else that has and he was under investigation.. it would be good if you stepped up to the plate too Ronna Young is the investigator, from the Sunrise Office. maybe they could help you.
