If you have a good case where you think you've been defrauded by a timeshare resort in Mexico then some people have been helped by Gonzalez and Gonzalez, however you can also get help from www.profeco.com (the consumer advocacy agency in Mexico). You have to show proof from your WRITTEN contract (not what was told to you verbally by a salesperson) that you have been defrauded. One major proof is if you have no rescission clause in your WRITTEN contract.
