Have you received the latest newsletter? It came out yesterday. It mentions that the rainy season is on its way and the writer expects it to arrive early this year. Now they are weather experts. This excuse we have heard for four years now for work not being done during the summer. Obviously, NOTHING IS HAPPENING. What else is new.

I cannot believe they had the audacity to put out such a newsletter. Not one word about the construction. Just BULL@@@@ about the weather and tourism being down. Tell us something we don't know. They are a bunch of devious con artists.

Reply to their news letter and tell them how you feel.. I just did and cancelled all further newsletters. We should all give them ****

We contacted Profeco awhile back and have supplied them with the requested documentation for our request for a refund. They asked us for copies of our request to U Resort for a refund. We told them that U Resort claims that we have no recourse against Belaire and that our only recourse is to send $9800 to U Resorts in order to get about $130,000 sometime later (along with a Bridge connecting Brooklyn with Manhattan). Profeco informed us that they recently spoke with Belaire who said that "the contracts with them will be honored and they will just change the name of the company and all contracts will stay as originally purchased with no extra costs included for this transaction." At their request this week, we sent Profeco a copy of the credit card authorization form that U Resort sent us to authorize the $9,800. Profeco says that they are going to set up a meeting with U Resort about our case... Has anyone else been down this road? Outcome? One more thing: U Resorts claims that 160 people have already been reimbursed. Anyone you know?

Yes, We have been down this road... In June we will be having our 6th hearing between Profeco and Bel Aire. Either their legal consultant doesn't show up and they impose a fine against them or something else happens to keep us from getting anywhere. The last two times profeco failed to make an appointment with them and when Profeco showed up nobody was there. Soooo This looks like a road to nowhere. I informed the resort I didn't wish anymore of their newsletters and lies, and don't think anything will get done through Profeco. Just the way it is down there!!!

No, I we know no one has received any money back. I will let everyone know how next month's hearing goes.

Print the addendum, put in your name and address, then sign it. Then scan it and send it to me. If you do not have a scanner you can fax it to me. Send me your email address with questions.

We have had a unit in Belaire for several years and basically have given up on retrieving anything. Please forward a copy of the petition and we will be happy to join whatever action is necessary to get closure and prevent the continued scam.

I was in Vegas two weeks ago and tried to meet with thier closing office - that was an experience in itself.
