Unreasonable Expectations?
I have never listed a timeshare before. I have alway managed to know someone who wanted the week I had. Not this year though.
In January, I posted a 2/2, July 4th week, June 26th - July 6th, in Orlando at the Hilton on International Drive. I thought that a great week and would rent fairly quickly. I haven't even had any inquiries. I have lowered the price and still nothing. Is there something else I should be doing? I even posted the week on Craig's List, as I really need to rent it, but nothing from that either.
Help? Input, please!

You probably have it priced too high .... keep lowering your price until you start getting inquiries.
Also, you have to remember that most people don't make reservations several months in advance.

Orlando rentals have a lot of competition. Make sure you are priced competitively and also know that it is not unusual for summer renters to wait until sometime after Easter to start making summer plans especially if they are planning to drive down to Florida rather than fly.
