Is the Hilton Grand Vacations "Open Season Nightly Cash Rate" benefit transferred when you buy a resale timeshare here?

It appears that the Open Season Credit owner benefit has been discontinued on all New resales after March of 2023. (Please check and verify all information with HGVC as all info is subject to change and website updates.)
