I received a call from Trinity Financial Associates today saying they had someone wanting to make an offer on our timeshare, but until they had received 20 percent down from that person, nothing was final. They would be in contact. They did indicate that we would be responsible for a Document Stamp Tax.

Who else has heard from this company?
