I have no personal knowledge about this particular operation, having never even heard of them before reading this thread.

However, be aware that there is a consistent pattern reported by many others regarding virtually ALL such "complimentary" cruise and air travel offers. The restrictions, limitations and "blackout periods" associated with these "gifts" are so numerous and so severe that it is nearly impossible to derive any actual use or value from them.

MY advice would be to just put your checkbook away and don't send these people a DIME, but it's your choice and your decision.
