Purchased a time share in Mexico on 1/25/24 and cancelled via registered mail and email on 1/29/24. It’s now August and they claim my cancellation was received after the 5 day rescind period. I found this out through the credit card company. What can I do? I have my proof of mailing registered mail receipt. Please advise.
