Would you please describe the essential nature of the lawsuit mentioned. With respect to ARDA contributions, I wish someone could show me something this organization has done for the "timeshare owner." Unfortunately, I suspect that if we don't pay voluntarily, the cost to maintain this "trade organization" will just be passed to timeshare owners in another way.
