I spoke to Douglas Wasser NY attorney representing 29 Manhattan Club Owners in a class action. He said Manhattan Club appealed but that does not stop NY AG investigation. I don't think any AG represents individuals. They always advise to get an attorney. I just wrote an article about it comparing Schneiderman supporting owners to Florida Pam Bondi supporting developers.
