Fibon, I think the best possible outcome from the NYAG lawsuit is a ruling that stops the developer from controlling the Owners Association. The Association is the way the developer controls the whole thing. While it is unlikely that the request for dismissal is anything more than a stalling tactic, I worry that the AG will enter into a settlement agreement that is too favorable to the developer just to get it over with. If we establish that the most important objective is having the owners control the Owners Association, we go a very long way in getting what we need.
