To my belief, the Class action filing is a MUST read for any Manhattan Club owner, same as NYG case. Adding my 5 cents, I would say, everyone should read it to avoid the complaint's errors or misrepresentation in the future possible law suits. Next hearing was scheduled to Jan 2017, but, unfortunately , the current Relief Sought status seems to be "Dismiss". I hope the attorney will proceed with valuable arguments.
