Here are just a few of those grounds: Implied Contract, Lack of Capacity, Duress, Undue Influence, Illusory Promise, Omissions or Ambiguities, Mistake, Misrepresentation or Fraud, Frustration of Purpose, Impossibility, Impractibility, Unconscionability, False Advertising, Deceptive Pricing, Overcharging, There are many possible routes to cancellation.
