I haven't heard anything about someone else being Tonya. I'm sure Tonya is reading every post in every forum about her. What you need to do is get the information for the bankruptcy court contact out there so everyone can file a claim and be heard. If you have information about any assets she holds that is very important especially if she fails to disclose any. They can go after her for fraud for failing to disclose any information. Your input is vital to the courts.
