I can't wait to hear Tonya's rant on how it was your fault. She never takes responsibility for her screw ups and blames the victim for the problem. Her theory is that as long as she refunds your money you are made whole. She never takes into account the damages for all your loss from the travel expenses you laid out and the extra cost and loss of vacation time making other arrangements for lodging.
