Hello I believe the ratings on BBB is false there are too many dissatisfied customers and you are absolutely correct more people need to complain. The attorney that is representing a few name is Saddler his email is ssadler@attglobal.net. If you contact him he maybe able to assist you. I am going on the BBB website and going to complain.
