They use them as getaways for company workers or gifts of a free week in another city for poor families that would otherwise never have a vacation because of finances. Take a look. Recipients are smart enough to know that they are, in essence, "accepting" an annual maintenance fee bill obligation along with this "gift". The "gift" immediately translates into an ongoing bill. MOST charities, MOST of the time simply say "no thank you"..........
