How much does it cost to rent my week with full-service?
The fee is $59.99 up-front, plus $99 upon a successful rental.
-
What if I don't have a week reserved?
If you own a floating week, points, or time with a vacation club, you will need to make a reservation before purchasing the full-service option. Please check with your resort or timeshare company before doing so, to ensure that rentals are allowed. You may want to take a look at our What's My Timeshare Worth valuation tool for your resort to see which weeks have historically rented the best.
-
Can I give you a week from RCI or II?
No — if you have a week obtained on an exchange, you will be unable to rent that week on RedWeek, as it is against both exchange companies' policies to do so.
-
Can I view a sample rental agreement?
Sure, here is a copy of the rental agreement used for all online bookings.
-
How long will my ad run?
Unlike a standard DIY rental which runs for up to 6 months, full-service rentals will run from the point we receive and verify your reservation documents, up until it rents or 10 days before check-in, whichever comes first.
-
Can I post my last-minute rental with full-service?
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to accept any full-service rentals within 60 days of the check-in date, due to processing time. That doesn't mean you wouldn't have success renting it on your own with our DIY rental option.
-
Can I choose to advertise it elsewhere simultaneously?
We do not require that you advertise your rental with us exclusively. However, if you rent it elsewhere, you will need to notify us immediately. If we send you a renter, and your week is no longer available for any reason — without notifying RedWeek — you will be responsible for the $99 service fee.
-
Will my full-service rental show as "RedWeek Verified"?
Yes, all full-service postings will be verified by RedWeek, and your offering will get the Verified + Protected flag.
-
How will I know when I have a renter?
We will handle all inquiries for you. When a renter submits a booking request with payment, we will notify you right away by email. You will have 48 hours to accept the offer, then another 48 hours to make the name change on your reservation — so be sure you are checking your email and Message Box frequently.
-
How will I be paid?
RedWeek collects your renter's payment as soon as you accept the offer. The funds will be disbursed to you within two business days after the check-in date, barring any material disputes, as outlined in the rental agreement. See our full Owner Rental Payouts FAQ for more details on how payouts work.
-
Can the renter cancel and get a refund?
Unless otherwise specified in the posting, the default cancellation policy is as follows: If Renter cancels at least 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total rental amount will be paid to the owner as a cancellation penalty, less agreed-upon fees. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in, the penalty is 100% less fees.
