It's terrible what happened to you! I read your whole experience and i just couldn't believe how tricky and dishonest the Mayan Palace salesmen can be. My husband and i went through a similar situation last year at the Mayan Palace in Mazatlan. Unfortunately PROFECO it's not the best association to contact.
